Pre-Order Items

Payment for pre-order items is charged immediately at checkout.

Pre-order items are not available for immediate shipping. Estimated shipping timelines are provided in the product description.


Shipping

Orders for in-stock items are processed within 3-5 business days, with possible delays during sales and holidays. Shipping is via USPS, Monday to Friday.


Domestic shipping times vary by method: Shipping costs are based on weight and destination, and refunds are not issued for delays. USPS First Class (15oz or less) takes 2-6 business days, USPS Priority (16oz and up) takes 1-4 business days, and USPS Media Mail (for media items) takes 3-8 business days. These estimates exclude processing time, which may extend delivery.


International orders may incur import fees and taxes not included in shipping costs. Delivery typically takes 12 business days but may be delayed by customs, sometimes up to 8-10 weeks. If tracking shows movement after this period, the order is still in transit. Customers are responsible for customs issues, refused delivery fees, and return shipping costs. Any delay issues should be taken up with the shipping carrier or customs authority. We are not liable for customs delays, confiscations, or additional charges.


Refund/Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. 
  • We offer exchanges or store credit only—no refunds to the original payment method. 
  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in new condition with all original tags attached.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

**Vinyl and posters are non-returnable. Due to the nature of the vinyl pressing and shipping process, minor cosmetic defects or variations may occur. Posters may also show slight wear from handling during tours.**

Damages & Issues

Contact us within one week of delivery if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please include a photo for review.


We do not accept returns or exchanges for apparel that becomes damaged or shrinks after washing.


Address Changes/Package Not Received

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses at checkout, and no refunds will be issued. If a package is returned due to an insufficient address, we will offer one free reshipment upon confirmation. If it fails to deliver again, we will refund the item cost excluding shipping fees.


If your package is marked as delivered but not received, notify us within two weeks with proof of a USPS missing package claim. While we are not liable for lost packages, we will review your claim to assess a possible replacement.
